Position Title: Pizza Hut Assistant General Manager (AGM)Department: Pizza Hut Operations Prepared By: Human ResourcesLocation: 2395 S. KIHEI ROADPURPOSEThe Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The AGM assists the GM in the achievement of the people, financial and operational goals of the restaurant.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESEssential Accountabilities (Applies to All Restaurants in Their Area)PeopleAssists GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goalsAssists GM in monitoring/ improving employee moralePersonally coaches staffSupport employee trainingEnsures communication of all Group and Brand standards and initiativesEnsures safety is everyone's top priorityEnsures compliance with all applicable lawsFinancialAssists GM in achieving sales and profits to plan.Assists GM in completion of weekly and/or period end inventories and payrollDisplays urgency to correct daily financial control deficienciesStrives to drive year-upon-year growth in sales and profitsOperationsDelivers/ improves delivery of operations to Brand operational standardsRaises the bar in operational executionAssetsEnsures facilities are maintained to Brand standard on a daily basisDisplays awareness of asset deficiencies and urgency to correct themDisplays awareness and urgency to eliminate any potential for liabilityAvailabilityOpen availability. Nights, weekends and Holidays expectedMinimum 5 day, 45 hour work week.Available to work anywhere on the island.Reliable transportation is recommended to complete business transactions as neededSafetyEnsures that safety is a priority for all employees.
