Investor Relations Specialist

Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York, is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to join its team.ResponsibilitiesRespond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other internal and external investor communications in a timely and professional manner.Ensure all investor-facing responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to gather required data and supporting materials.Provide investors with requested data, reports, and marketing materials as needed throughout the diligence and onboarding process.Update, maintain, and manage the firm’s diligence materials library on a recurring basis, ensuring content is current and audit-ready.Develop and refine clear, compelling, and client-friendly written materials that effectively communicate the firm’s strategy, performance, and operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.2–5 years of experience in investor relations, RFP management, fundraising support, or a related role within asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or financial services.
