Sr. Commissions Systems Designer/Developer
Overview:
We are seeking a highly technical Xactly Sr. Administrator to join our team and drive our commission management initiatives. The person in this role will be central to analyzing, modelling and recommending commission plans and quotas, designing the commission management rules and processes, understand and architect data flows and data reconciliation, and provide reporting and recommendation to Sr. Management. Further, this role will provide second-line assistance to the Revenue Operations Commissions team based in Pune, India. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations: Quote to Cash (Worldwide) as part of a global Commissions Operations team.

Build, construct, and modify Xactly plans
Develop and manage complex commission calculations
Integrate Xactly with Salesforce (SFDC) and other data sources
Oversee technical data management, including data feeds and sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Xactly-related issues
Continuously improve and optimize commission processes and systems
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role involving Xactly
Proven expertise in Xactly plan builds, modifications, and calculations
Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) integration
Technical management of data feeds and sources, and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including with Executives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
