Junior Program Manager

Pay Rate: $38 per hour - $39.42 per hourShift: First ShiftSummaryLead complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation.Drive cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables.Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects.Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Establish and maintain effective governance structures and communication channels.Manage cross-functional project teams to execute project activities.Monitor program performance metrics and track progress against milestones.Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects successfully.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred SkillsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment.Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software.Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.Previous experience in leadership roles or managing cross-functional teams.
