Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF) — School-Based | Brooklyn, NYAbout the Role Speech Kids NY is seeking motivatedSpeech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)andClinical Fellows (CFs)for an in-person, school-based position serving preschool and school-age students in Brooklyn, NY. This position offersguaranteed hours, consistent scheduling, and a supportive clinical environment , allowing clinicians to focus on therapy while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Schedule Guaranteed6 hours per day (30 hours per week) 5 hours direct therapy 1 hour documentation and paperwork (built into schedule) Monday–Friday school schedule Compensation (W-2) $65 /hour — Clinical Fellows (CF) $75 /hour — Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists Guaranteed weekly pay. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct speech-language therapy services Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff Communicate student progress with families when appropriate Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology NYSTSSLD certification(required or eligible) NYS Speech-Language Pathology License (preferred) CCC-SLP (preferred but not required) Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Disability Insurance Flexible Schedule Referral Bonus Program Clinical support and CF supervision available Work Location In person — Brooklyn, NY 11219 Candidates must be able to commute to the school location.
