Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex, digital transformation projects.Relevant Experience: Must have hands-on experience in digital transformation or data-oriented projects.Demonstrated success with digital-oriented, process-changing, and resource-impacting projects.Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile approaches, with the ability to bridge concepts from both methodologies.Skilled in maintaining project momentum, managing risks, breaking down barriers, and ensuring effective collaboration.Comfortable escalating issues when needed.Ability to work across diverse personalities and business groups to meet targets.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience.Able to translate project impacts and value into actionable insights for technical teams. An engineering background is not mandatory.Must adapt to a fast-paced environment, identifying and facilitating necessary pivots.
