Promotes and utilizes standard safety practicesESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily. Will run 2 axis and multi axis lathes Will blend and deburr own parts as needed Does own setups, may assist others with set-ups Checks first part to ensure quality before getting a QA first partbuy Maintains clear and concise communication with all supervisionverbally and handwritten tie in notes at the machines Maintain daily part run averages located inside each set-up book Maintain a clean work station including cleaning the inside andoutside of machines at end of shiftSupervisory Responsibilities NoneEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 year experience in 2 and 3 axis lathesKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesThe knowledge, skills and abilities described here are representative ofthose that must be met by an employee to successfully perform theessential functions of this job.
