Under general supervision, the Lead Physical Therapist develops, supervises and provides optimal patient care services as referred by physician for Physical Therapy, based on population-specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family directed approach. This role provides daily operational supervision to assigned staff; Physical Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical Therapy Assistants. Provides clinical education experiences for physical therapy students as assigned.
