Responsibilities In this position, you will: Perform a variety of project administration support services, specifically related to program resourcing, involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Program Manager. Provide support to the Program Manager in the resourcing of program and projects from planning, managing, and monitoring projects through the full life cycle. Work on overall project resource planning through reporting on resources in support of schedules and deliverables. Brief management on the status of resource action items and metrics to track performance. Coordinate project resources; develop system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; research and compile statistics and data; may assist in writing narratives for reports; monitor timelines; track document submissions; create, monitor, and maintain audit files. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks; identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the program or projects. For program compliance, design and implement procedures to fulfill resource objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; work with Peraton Human Resources, Peraton Talent Acquisition, Peraton Subcontracts and authorized staffing agencies to resolve concerns and issues. Support resource reporting for the program and projects. Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of resources to ensure that program implementation is on target. Act as a resourcing liaison with talent vendors. Qualifications Basic Qualifications US Citizenship Required Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or Masters degree and 6 years' experience or Associate's degree and 10 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years' experience Advanced Excel and SharePoint skills required Leadership experience with diverse, multi-domain, distributed teams. Prior staffing experience with technical and engineering positions and understanding of technical requirements Prior experience working with various corporate level functional roles to include but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Security, Training, Marketing, and Communication Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver outstanding results Preferred Qualifications Prior FAA program experience Experience managing one or more projects Previous HR and Resource Management experience supporting an enterprise level. Must be very detail oriented and able to communicate at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of iCIMS, Deltek and Workday are desired. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
