Plant Takeoff Specialist

A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to work remotely on project documents for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. Key Responsibilities Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issues Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure project data accuracy before release Coordinate with project managers and sales associates to review project scopes and update materials as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industry Experience with construction documents including plans and specifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus
