Previous experience in ingredient blending and/or production line operations is a plus, as it will provide you with a solid foundation for this role. Proficiency in forklift driving, including experience with both electric sit-down and pallet jacks, is required. Having a general mechanical aptitude will be advantageous in understanding and troubleshooting equipment as needed. You should have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and possess good general math skills to accurately measure and blend ingredients.Clear penmanship is important to maintain precise records and ensure accurate labeling of products. Moreover, being able to work overtime as needed demonstrates your flexibility and commitment to meeting production demands. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work on our production line, filling these products into containers. Operating a forklift to move ingredients and finished products will be required as needed. Ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency in production is crucial to this role.
