Salesforce Sales / Admin (Remote) 🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The candidate will support sales teams by maintaining data quality, building reports, and improving sales processes to drive business growth.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles)Customize Salesforce (fields, objects, page layouts)Build and maintain reports & dashboards for sales trackingSupport lead management and sales pipelineAutomate business processes using Flows / WorkflowsEnsure data accuracy, security, and integrityCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teamsProvide training and support to Salesforce usersTroubleshoot system issues and bugs🔹 Required SkillsStrong understanding of Salesforce CRMKnowledge of:Leads, Opportunities, AccountsReports & DashboardsWorkflow Automation / FlowsBasic understanding of Sales processesGood communication (important for remote roles)Analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Excel / Google Sheets🔹 Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Certification (Admin – highly preferred)0–3 years experience (entry-level to mid-level)Experience with Sales CloudBasic knowledge of:Apex / SOQL (optional for beginners)Integrations (nice to have)🔹 Tools & TechnologiesSalesforce CRM (Sales Cloud)Microsoft Excel / Google SheetsSlack / Zoom (remote collaboration tools)
