Are you an experienced HVAC technician with 5+ years of residential service experience who's ready to step into a leadership role?Gault Heating & Cooling is seeking a Field Supervisor / Lead Service Technician to support our Service Manager and help drive performance within our service team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician who enjoys mentoring others, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping the team succeed.In this role, you'll serve as a team captain in the field, helping technicians stay aligned with company processes, supporting training and development, and ensuring our team consistently delivers excellent service to customers.
