The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set spanning both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with a strong foundation in programming surveys using Qualtrics, and an ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations. This role will necessitate close collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams to influence product development and go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:Design and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research studies tailored to Mid-Market client products.Translate complex business inquiries into research objectives, select appropriate methodologies, and generate actionable insights.Execute in-depth customer interviews to directly inform business strategies and synthesize key findings.Program, test, and deploy advanced surveys in Qualtrics, managing all aspects of survey logic, fieldwork, and data collection.Analyze quantitative data and qualitative feedback to develop executive-level presentations that include clear, actionable recommendations. Must-Have Skills:Proficient in Qualtrics for survey programming and deployment.Strong capabilities in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to distill research findings into clear, actionable insights. Industry Experience:Previous experience in the technology sector is preferable, particularly with a focus on market research and customer insights.
