ServiceNow Product Owner – Legal Matter Management (Hybrid)Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite) Salary Range: $98,000 – $115,000 per year Benefits: Comprehensive package included Role Overview We are seeking a Strategic Product Owner to lead the implementation and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow Matter Management module for a major state agency. This is a high-visibility role where you will replace fragmented manual processes with a centralized, scalable, and user-centered platform. You will act as the "champion" for modernized legal operations, driving change and adoption across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Vision: Define a clear product vision for ServiceNow Matter Management aligned with organizational goals.Intake & Discovery: Partner with attorneys and legal stakeholders to translate complex workflows into clear technical requirements.Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, legal risk, and technical feasibility.Agile Leadership: Provide direction to development and configuration teams within an Agile delivery model.Growth & Maturation: Guide the product post-implementation as additional legal teams and agencies onboard.Must-Have Qualifications (The Algorithm Filters)Product Expertise: Proven success as a Product Owner/Manager for enterprise digital solutions.ServiceNow Hands-on: Direct experience with ServiceNow, particularly case or workflow-based modules.Compliance Domain: Experience in legal, legal operations, or highly regulated/compliance-heavy environments.Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile practices, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Harrisburg, PA.Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) or similar platforms.Experience with state government or public-sector operations.Experience leading multi-agency or enterprise-wide product adoption.
