This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes construction disputes in a collaborative and client-focused environment.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury mattersDemonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaExperience handling discovery processes and depositionsExcellent legal writing and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigationDraft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insightManage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordinationConduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategiesWork closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation Why Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a top-tier construction practice with a strong reputation for handling high-stakes construction litigation.
