Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Progressive Care Unit

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Progressive Care team. This role will be Full-time Night Shift: 7pm-7am (3 12hr shifts). Patients admitted require cardiac telemetry monitoring and frequently have cardiac, renal, respiratory, and/or gastrointestinal disease processes. If RN has an associate's degree (ADN); must be within one (1) year of completing BSNExperience: Requires a minimum of 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one (1) year from date of hire. Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within the first 90 days (3 months) of employmentPreferred Qualifications:**Two years of progressive care experience is strongly preferred.**
