Interim Director, Women and Children

HCT has an immediate need for a transformational Interim Director of Women & Children's Services at a 100+ bed hospital in Kansas. You will coordinate and direct patient care for the Women & Children's services line to include OB, Peds, NICU, Labor & Delivery. REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferredExperience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Women and Children’s Services; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient and staff satisfaction, a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective leadership skillsLicense: KS RN or Compact RN license requiredCertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP preferredComputer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferredExpenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.Keywords: Director Women and Children’s Services; Director Labor and Delivery; Director LDRP; Director, Maternal/Child Services; Interim Director Women's Services; Interim Director Women & Children; Interim Director L&D, PP, NICU, Nursery; Interim Director OB
