This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial reporting and analysis to support clients' business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting services.Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including reconciliation and payment processing.Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records.Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Support tax compliance efforts by ensuring timely and accurate reporting and filing of tax documents.Assist with audit support by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in client accounting services.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.Demonstrated skills in client management and relationship building.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.Knowledge of tax compliance regulations and financial analysis techniques.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocation
