Job Description Commercial Construction EstimatorSalary Range: $90,000 – $120,000Location: Denver COWhy This Opportunity?Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator who enjoys shaping projects early, collaborating with strong teams, and building accurate, value-driven budgets. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the preconstruction process, working on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects from concept through contract.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll be involved throughout the preconstruction lifecycle, including:Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projectsPricing bids and evaluating alternative and value-engineered solutionsCreating and managing bid schedulesReviewing plans, narratives, and concept designs to develop reliable conceptual budgetsIdentifying constructability issues and collaborating with the project team to resolve them earlyDeveloping value engineering strategies aligned with client goals and project budgetsPreparing clear and detailed scope-of-work packages for subcontractorsParticipating in internal estimate reviews and assisting with final estimate presentations for ownersBuilding strong working relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal team membersBecoming a trusted resource and subject matter expert in preconstruction best practicesWhat Our Client Is Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring both technical estimating expertise and a collaborative mindset:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experiencePreferred 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial constructionProven experience with ground-up and conceptual estimatingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with healthcare, advanced industries, corporate interiors, or public-sector projects is a plusBenefits:Healthcare and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Supplemental insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA)Employer-matched 401(k) retirement planPerformance-based bonusesGas and cell phone allowanceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance for eligible positionsEmployee anniversary recognition programs
