As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team.Position OverviewThe Account Executive is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory or vertical. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their staffing and technology talent needs and delivering solutions that set BizTech Staffing apart from the competition. This is a hunter-focused role ideal for a self-starter with a passion for consultative sales and a track record of exceeding quota.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, identify, and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their technology staffing challenges and goals.Present and sell BizTech Staffing's full suite of services, including contract staffing, direct hire, contract-to-hire, and project-based solutions.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates aligned to client requirements.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability targets.Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement and onboarding.Develop and expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records, pipeline data, and forecasts in the CRM system.Represent BizTech Staffing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.Stay informed on IT industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position BizTech Staffing effectively.Qualifications3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, SaaS, or technology services.Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a hunter or new business development role.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to decision-makers at all levels.Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, or similar) to manage pipeline and activity.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with IT roles, technology stacks, or the staffing industry is a strong plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
