Technical Services Sales Executive
A company is looking for a Technical Services & Sustainability Operation (TSSO) Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth within existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and manage a pipeline of TSSO opportunities while leading pricing strategy and contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored TSSO solutions and maintain accurate sales information in CRM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
5 years of experience in TSSO or related fields (Engineering, Smart Building, Sustainability)
5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
Strong working knowledge of TSSO services and familiarity with corporate real estate needs
Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales opportunities
