This full-time position involves performing daily cleaning duties with attention to detail and adherence to established standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean assigned patient rooms and ancillary areas daily, following specific procedures and guidelines.Maintain cleanliness of designated office spaces according to policy.Use appropriate cleaning agents for assigned tasks safely and effectively.Ensure housekeeping carts are locked and stored properly, keeping janitor closets neat and organized at all times.Complete daily cleaning logs accurately and submit them to supervisors promptly.Report any issues related to cleaning, maintenance, equipment, safety, or facility repairs to the appropriate department.EducationA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential. A willingness to learn additional tasks and responsibilities is important.ExperiencePrevious experience in housekeeping or floor care is helpful but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
