Atlanta's dynamic legal market offers tremendous potential for an ambitious attorney looking to make a meaningful impact for clients while building a long-term career.What You'll DoManage all aspects of pre-litigation case handling from intake through resolutionLead and mentor a team of 6-10 Case Managers, driving performance and KPIsGuide clients through every stage of the pre-suit process with clear, compassionate communicationDraft and file pre-litigation documents and demand packagesOversee settlement negotiations and manage the release approval processEvaluate cases for litigation readiness, including liability and TD approvalsConduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statementsEnsure team compliance with firm processes and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia2+ years of personal injury experience (premises liability a strong plus)Proven ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseloadStrong leadership presence with experience managing or mentoring staffExcellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to advance toward trial workA client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering resultsCompensation & BenefitsThis firm invests in its people.
