About the RoleAs a Scrum Master Resource Analyst I, you will support Agile development teams by facilitating Scrum practices, coaching teams on Agile principles, and helping ensure projects move forward efficiently. This role partners closely with development teams, product owners, and IT leadership to support sprint execution, backlog readiness, and resource planning across application delivery initiatives.What You’ll DoFacilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach Scrum teams on Scrum methodology and Agile principlesHelp teams agree on achievable sprint goals and commitmentsSupport teams by removing obstacles, minimizing distractions, and keeping work aligned to prioritiesFacilitate retrospectives that lead to actionable improvementsPartner with product owners to review, maintain, and prioritize the product backlogEnsure project documentation is complete and clearly understood by the delivery teamSupport resource planning efforts by identifying staffing needs to meet project goals and timelinesCollaborate with team supervisors and IT leadership on short‑ and long‑term resource planningWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate degree or equivalent education0 to 2 years of experience with Agile principles, Scrum methodology, application design, application programming, or project managementWorking knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum practicesUnderstanding of the software development lifecycleFamiliarity with application architecture and design conceptsProficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and ProjectStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environmentEven Better If You HaveScrum Master certificationExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies or supporting Scrum teamsKnowledge of Agile metrics and facilitation techniquesExposure to application programming or web technologiesExperience working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersAbility to learn, understand, and apply new technologies quicklyWork Schedule:Monday - Friday
