A/V Technician (Studio & Live Broadcast Syste

OverviewAt Grant Cardone Enterprises, our studio is a core part of how we drive attention, build brand,and generate revenue.We’re hiring an A/V Technician to take ownership of our 10X Studio, broadcast booths, andlive streaming infrastructure. This role is responsible for making sure every shoot, everyrecording, and every live stream runs clean, stable, and without interruption.This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in system reliability, clean execution,and solving problems in real time.What You’ll Be Responsible ForStudio and Equipment ManagementMaintain and optimize all studio A/V systems including cameras, lighting, audio,switching, and monitoringEnsure all broadcast booths are fully operational and ready for use at all timesHandle setup, teardown, and reconfiguration for shoots, podcasts, and live productionsLive Streaming and Broadcast ExecutionExecute and monitor live streams across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, andinternal channelsMonitor stream health including bitrate, latency, audio sync, and dropped framesTroubleshoot issues in real time and keep productions running without disruptionSystem Reliability and OptimizationMaintain clean signal flow and routing across all systemsIdentify risks or inefficiencies and implement improvements proactivelySupport backup and redundancy systems to reduce the risk of failureProduction SupportWork closely with producers, talent, and marketing teams during shootsEnsure talent is mic’d, framed, and ready quickly and efficientlyCommunicate clearly under pressure and keep production movingWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Studio and broadcast booths are consistently ready with no delays or technical issuesLive streams run smoothly with stable video, clean audio, and no major interruptionsYou have identified and improved key system inefficiencies or risksThe production team relies on you to handle technical execution without oversightWho This Is ForYou are detail-oriented and take pride in clean, reliable setupsYou stay calm under pressure and solve problems quicklyYou take ownership of systems and fix issues before they become problemsYou enjoy working in a fast-paced production environmentWho This Is NOT ForYou need slow-paced environments or long setup timelinesYou are uncomfortable troubleshooting issues during live productionYou prefer planning over hands-on executionTechnical RequirementsMust HaveExperience with A/V systems in a studio or live production environmentStrong understanding of signal flow, routing, and troubleshootingExperience with streaming software such as OBS, vMix, or WirecastFamiliarity with audio systems, wireless mics, and basic mixingExperience with video switching systems such as Blackmagic ATEMNice to HaveNetworking knowledge including bandwidth management and RTMP streamingExperience with multi-camera production setupsBasic lighting setup knowledgeExperience in high-output content or broadcast environmentsFinal WordThis role is critical to the success of our content operation.When the systems are dialed in, everything runs.
