Client Services Representatives works with our clients to help resolve inquiries.Job Responsibilities:Resolve client services inquiriesBe able to identify any problems and offer resolutionsRead and interpret client documentsMaintain and further develop existing client relationshipsHandle assigned group of client portfoliosUnderstand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client proceduresMultitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and excel spreadsheetsJob Requirements:Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good time management skills.Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.Compensa tion and Benefits:Salary is $40,000 - $48,000 per year (DOE)Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coveragePaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) planWe look forward to you joining the team!ARMStrong Insurance Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
