We believe outstanding guest experiences begin with strong leadership, exceptional teamwork, and a shared commitment to service excellence across all departments. Who We Are Looking For - Service Manager Jag’s is seeking an experienced, hands‑on, hospitality‑driven Service Manager to lead and elevate our front‑of‑house teams. This role oversees Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Server Assistants/Food Runners, ensuring seamless execution of our fine‑dining service standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, excellent communicator, passionate about coaching teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. You understand that exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional teamwork. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service Execution Ensure every guest receives warm, professional, and memorable service consistent with Jag’s standards. Actively manage the dining room floor, supporting staff during high‑volume service. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and decisive problem‑solving. Oversee strategic table placement, section balancing, and guest flow in partnership with the Lead Host. Enforce proper service sequencing, fine‑dining etiquette, and table maintenance standards. Team Leadership & Training Supervise and support Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, and Hosts throughout each shift. Lead pre‑shift meetings, communicate menu changes, and reinforce service expectations. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development plans. Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new FOH team members. Model hospitality excellence, teamwork, professionalism, and calm leadership. Operations & Execution Ensure accurate communication of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Maintain compliance with safety, sanitization, and responsible alcohol service policies. Oversee opening, running, and closing checklists; verify completion of side work. Monitor bar and server station organization and cleanliness. Support inventory processes and coordinate with back‑of‑house and bar leadership. Assist with scheduling and labor management to maintain efficient coverage. Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management. Cross‑Departmental Duties Collaborate with the Executive Team on service strategies. Maintain proficiency with POS and reservation platforms (OpenTable experience preferred). Document notable service issues, training needs, and team performance updates. Contribute to creating a positive, growth‑oriented work environment aligned with Jag’s values. Qualifications3–5+ years of FOH experience in upscale or fine dining required. Prior leadership or shift‑supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine‑dining service standards. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team‑coaching skills. Ability to lead confidently during high‑volume, high‑pressure service. Familiarity with reservation systems and POS platforms. A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence.  Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to stand, bend, and maintain mobility for up to 8 hours. Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs as needed. Evening and weekend availability. Flexibility during holidays and seasonal peak periods.Benefits Upscale fine dining environment with a professional, supportive team. CLOSED Sunday & Monday + most major holidays. 401(k) & 401(k) matching (eligibility requirements apply). Health insurance (company covers 50% for eligible team members). Discounted dental & vision insurance. Supplemental insurance. Paid time off (eligibility requirements apply). Employee dining discounts.  Job Type Full‑Time Management One Location – Onsite
