About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Intern to join our team. As a premier bathroom renovation and shower installation company, we pride ourselves on high-end craftsmanship and high-end results. Your mission is to capture those transformations and turn them into a compelling digital narrative that drives leads and builds our brand.This is more than just "posting photos". You will be responsible for the full creative lifecycle, from capturing raw footage on-site to editing professional-grade content and analyzing its performance.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute fresh content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and our Google Business Profile.On-Site Content Capture: Occasionally visit job sites (within a two-hour radius of Lancaster) to capture "Before & After" footage, process clips, and high-quality imagery of our installations.Production & Editing: Take raw footage and photos and turn them into polished, high-energy Reels, TikToks, and portfolio highlights.Scheduling & Management: Build and maintain a consistent posting calendar to ensure our brand stays top-of-mind for our local audience.Analytics & Optimization: Track post performance and use data-driven insights to streamline our content process and maximize lead generation.Technical Skills & QualificationsDesign Tools: High proficiency in Canva for quick branded graphics and a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc.) for advanced brand assets.Video Editing: Skilled in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut) with an eye for pacing, transitions, and trending audio.Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the unique "voice" and best practices for various social platforms, including LinkedIn and Nextdoor.Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a professional demeanor for on-site visits to client homes.Visual Storytelling: Ability to take a "construction zone" and edit it into a "dream bathroom" reveal that stops the scroll.Why Join Us?This is a hands-on opportunity to build a professional portfolio with tangible business results.
