Working closely alongside a Senior Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience supporting compliance, documentation, and quality assurance activities across new product development initiatives.Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Quality Engineering department. Key responsibilities include:Partnering with a Senior Engineer to provide support and coverage across tasks and deliverablesSupporting and executing equipment and tooling Installation Qualifications (IQ)Observing, logging, and communicating defects identified on the production lineUpdating procedures, drawings, and related documentation as applicableInterpreting engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas in collaboration with management and engineering staff to establish quality and reliability standardsEssential Job Duties and Functions:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established systems and proceduresContribute to quality assurance efforts throughout the new product development lifecycleAccurately document findings and maintain up-to-date engineering recordsCommunicate quality observations and concerns clearly and in a timely mannerKnowledge and Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail with a collaborative, team-oriented approachAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reportsProficiency with computer applications and engineering software, including Computer Aided Design (CAD)Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering required0-2 years of relevant experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis tools requiredCAD experience preferred
