This is your chance to make a significant impact in a customer-centric environment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and technology leaders to align technical feasibility with business needs.Lead discovery efforts to build a high-value product plan/roadmap.Manage the product roadmap using business intelligence, VOC, and analytics.Evaluate business ideas for usability, value, feasibility, and viability.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and experience pain points.Partner with analytics and BI teams for in-depth customer behavior analysis.Work closely with UX to ensure best-in-class experiences in all deliverables.Measure and optimize key metrics through A/B testing.Present product plans to stakeholders, demonstrating performance awareness. Requirements5-7 years of experience in product management or ownership within digital platforms.Experience with messaging systems, communication platforms, or engagement tools.Strong understanding of data flow across systems supporting customer interactions.Proficiency in writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.Experience with agile operating models and tools like Jira, Confluence.Ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end.
