HR Intern

HR Intern PositionThe HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with administrative, organizational, and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, recruiting, and personnel administration. The intern will play a key role in digitizing and organizing HR files while assisting with various HR and recruiting initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDigitize, organize, and maintain employee records and HR files Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy Support day-to-day HR operations as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Skills & CompetenciesHighly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take initiative What You'll GainHands-on experience in HR operations Professional development and mentorship Experience that supports future careers in HR or business administration
