Role Description We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to join our on-site team in Irwin, PA. The role involves analyzing production processes, designing efficient systems, and improving manufacturing workflows across various operations such as laser cutting, welding, and CNC press brake. The Manufacturing Engineer will also work on troubleshooting production issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring product quality standards. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments to meet operational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in manufacturing technologies such as CNC programming, laser cutting, and sheet metal fabrication processesStrong skills in process engineering, workflow optimization, and production efficiency improvementExperience with quality control, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in manufacturingAbility to use CAD software for designing and analyzing manufacturing systemsStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry safety standards and regulationsExperience with electro-mechanical assembly and material handling equipment is a plus
