Project Engineer - Heavy Civil

Metric Geo are working with a large and reputable contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage projects from buyout through closeout. This role supports project planning, field operations, and contract compliance while ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Support monthly billings, cash flow tracking, and change order processing.Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and contract specifications.Monitor subcontractor compliance and coordinate with QA/QC teams.Ensure completed work meets codes, drawings, and specifications.Identify critical work items, procure long-lead materials, and schedule deliveries.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including projects >$100M.Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software.If you are interested, or know of anyone that fits the description - drop me a message, email or call.Call: 646-733-4287Email:
