Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Internship or academic project experience in AI, data science, or contact center technologies
Exposure to tools like Python, SQL, or Excel through coursework or projects
Strong desire to grow into a technical pre-sales or solution engineering career path
Curiosity and passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
