Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply now!Compensation: $80,000 yearly + Bonus Responsibilities: Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Invite potential clients to meet with the firm and provide an initial consultation. Develop relationships with contacts in the legal community to help build a network of potential clients. Conduct legal research and analysis for pending cases. Ensure that documentation meets legal requirements for all incoming cases. Compile evidence to support factual and legal analysis of cases. Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved. Determine the viability of potential cases. Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign. Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends. Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients. Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office. Develop Leadership Skills and mentor and manage Intake Team. Qualifications: Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Law Degree and active membership in good standing with Georgia Bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on intake. In-depth knowledge of legal research software and applications. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish relationships with clients. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Call Center/Sales Experience.
