Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver located in St. Paul, MN. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, while promoting their comfort, safety, and independence. The caregiver will be responsible for monitoring patients’ health, providing companionship, and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals. The role may also involve light housekeeping, running errands, and supporting clients in managing their routines and schedules. Qualifications Experience in assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and activities of daily livingAbility to provide emotional support, companionship, and foster a warm and safe environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with patients, families, and healthcare teamsBasic knowledge of health monitoring and managing medications (preferred)Physical ability to perform caregiving duties such as lifting, standing, and other related tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving or healthcare is a plusCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
