Sr. Super - Large Scale New Construction - DC Metro

Job Title Oversee all day-to-day field operations for major ground-up construction projects. Job Description Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and workflow. Lead on-site teams of Assistant Superintendents and/or Field Engineers. Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget parameters, and timelines. Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent and project leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation and daily site reporting. Uphold strong safety, productivity, and communication practices on site. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of construction experience with strong ground-up project exposure. Must have completed at least three ground-up new construction projects. Experience with projects exceeding $30M preferred. Background in multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale new construction. Can also have interior experience but must be a proven new-construction leader. Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and site management. Effective leader able to manage and develop 3-4 direct reports on site.
