This is an opportunity to come in, take ownership, influence strategy, implement change quickly, and directly help shape the future growth of our company.As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a highly driven, tech-savvy Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to help transform how our sales team develops opportunities and advisor relationships.This is not a traditional insurance role.We are far less concerned about insurance experience than we are about your ability to create, optimize, and scale lead generation systems that produce real business opportunities.Our goal is to allow our external wholesalers (Marketing Representatives) to spend less time cold calling and more time engaged face-to-face with interested financial advisors and centers of influence.This role will focus entirely on improving and expanding our lead generation efforts using technology, automation, AI, CRM systems, outbound campaigns, digital marketing tools, and innovative prospecting strategies.What You’ll Do:• Analyze and improve current lead generation processes and workflows• Maximize effectiveness of our existing platforms and tools• Eliminate inefficiencies and systems that are not producing results• Introduce and implement new technologies, automation, and AI tools where appropriate• Support and enhance advisor prospecting campaigns• Build scalable systems that generate measurable growth opportunities• Collaborate directly with leadership and our Marketing Representatives• Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns and engagement strategiesCurrent Systems & Platforms:• Salesforce• Sales Engagement• WealthReach• WealthAttract• Constant Contact• ActiveCampaign• LinkedIn Sales tools• AI-driven workflow and automation platformsWhat We’re Looking For:• Proven success in lead generation, business development, growth marketing, or outbound prospecting• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation, digital marketing, and sales funnels• Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technology• Innovative thinker who enjoys improving systems and solving problems• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and accountability• Strong communication and organizational skills• Someone energized by growth, experimentation, and measurable results• Desire to be part of a collaborative, fast-growing company cultureBrief Overview of BUI:BUI is a wholesale distributor of life insurance, long term care insurance, and annuities. The company currently covers the employee's healthcare costs, along with short and long term disability insurance, and a retirement plan with a generous salary match. BUI pays the full cost for office space, computer equipment, membership fees, entertainment, licenses, etc.
