Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Location: Dallas, TX Shift: (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension) Pay Rate: To be discussed on call Job Description Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries. Level I trauma center, 29 ORs across 2 buildings – 4 Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems, 2 Endovascular ORs, 2 Cardiothoracic ORs, 1 BrainSuite, 2 Trauma ORs, 1 Cystoscopy Sterilizing equipment and instruments. Stocking adequate supplies for surgery. Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites. Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies. Tracking surgical supplies. Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures. Working well with surgeons, surgical assistant, nurses and general surgical team. Helping provide great patient care. Requirement Must have at least 2 year's of relevant experience. BLS – AHA. Must have Certified Surgical Tech Certification.
