Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects in the Fort Collins area, including both ground-up builds and interior/exterior renovations. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all phases of commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovation workCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel on-siteDevelop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delaysEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policiesConduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specificationsCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownersManage site logistics, including deliveries, staging, and equipment coordinationMaintain daily logs, reports, and project documentationLead subcontractor meetings and provide regular progress updatesQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience with both ground-up construction and renovation/tenant improvement projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsProven leadership and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesExperience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferredOSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
