Underwriter-SBA 7a loans

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Underwriter with a strong background in SBA 7(a) lending to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Underwrite SBA 7(a) loan requests in accordance with SBA guidelines and internal credit policies Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and collateral to assess credit risk Manage a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and turnaround expectations Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to move deals through the pipeline efficiently Ensure compliance with all SBA lending requirements Qualifications 3–5 years of SBA underwriting experience Strong focus on 7(a) loans Experience working in a high-volume underwriting environment (highly preferred) Familiarity with Spark is a strong plus (experience with nCino or similar platforms is transferable) Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Company Description Throughout the past 30 years plus, MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.
