Job Description Assembler 20/hr Start ASAP We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling parts and products according to work instructions while meeting quality and productivity standards.Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power toolsFollow work instructions, blueprints, or schematicsPerform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work areaMeet production goals and deadlinesReport defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervisionAdhere to all safety and company policiesQualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and measurement skillsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to (weight, e.g., 40 lbs)Work Environment Manufacturing/production floorStanding, bending, and repetitive tasks requiredPPE required as neJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
