We've been named to the Inc. 5000 three consecutive years.We're hiring a Production Associate to support one of our top-producing loan originators out of our new Raleigh, NC office.The RoleThis is an in-office, five-days-a-week position. You'll work directly alongside the company's top producer, helping manage his existing book of business and supporting new deal flow from first inquiry through closing. The right person is organized, client-focused, and eager to learn the business from someone who has built a strong practice in it.This is not an independent sales role. It's a seat next to someone who already has deal volume, and your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.What You'll DoManage borrower communications and follow-up throughout the loan processKeep the pipeline organized and moving, coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teamsAssist with new borrower intake, loan structuring conversations, and quote preparationSupport business development activity including outreach, networking follow-up, and relationship maintenanceTrack deal status and flag issues before they become problemsWhat We're Looking ForStrong communicator who follows up without being told twiceDetail-oriented with good organizational habitsComfortable on the phone and in client-facing situationsPrior experience in sales, real estate, mortgage, or lending is a plus, but not requiredSelf-starter who doesn't need to be managed closelyBachelor's degree preferred, not requiredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary plus performance-based incentivesHealth insurance and PTODirect mentorship from a top originatorClear path to a producing role for the right candidate
