Truck Dispatcher - Weekend Day Shift

Dayshift Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Water Truck Hauling division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of water, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of transportation management systems to optimize routes and managing water operations efficiently. Duties Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. Utilize GIS and GPS technologies to monitor vehicle locations and optimize routing. Manage transportation management systems Analyze data related to logistics and supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and fleet management activities. Provide support in transportation planning and logistics coordination for freight operations. Skills Proficient in GPS, and transportation management systems. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to logistics and supply chain. Experience in dispatching, freight management, and fleet operations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Competent in typing and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
