Residential Service Plumber

Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures - Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects - Perform field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues - Drive company vehicles to job sites for service calls and installations - Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair plumbing problems - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and building codes Skills: - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components- perferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Experience in a field service role - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
