Clinical Application Specialist (Australia/New Zealand)

The Clinical Application Specialist role covers two main areas of responsibility including Customer Training and Support to customers who may experience issues with their software product.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following and may change depending on business needsCustomer TrainingEffectively deliver independent onsite and remote educational training on the use of Sun Nuclear productsComplete all pre-work and effectively communicate the training plan to the customer.Assist in the development of training materials including but not limited to Power Point presentation, syllabus, and user documentation/instructionsCustomer SupportInterface with customers to resolve cases and assist in troubleshooting escalated issues in a timely mannerIdentify customer needs and determine internal resources needed for resolutionOtherDocument promptly and correctly in Salesforce and/or TaskRay all activities related to each Training, Adoption or Support task, including but not limited to emails, phone calls and signed documentsAttend conferences and trade shows as neededCreate Knowledge base articles on processes and troubleshooting steps to help the team if similar issues are encountered in the fieldPerform other related duties as assigned or requested occasionallyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:BSc. or MSc. in Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or related disciplineClinical experience in Radiation Therapy is an advantageTechnical training/education/support experience in a professional or academic environment is desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group via phone/face-to-faceStrong technical aptitude, experience of web-based applications, comfortable with learning new technologies and industry standardsSelf-motivated, organized and detail oriented, and possess strong time management skills.Able to manage many work streams simultaneouslyWillingness to travelDriver’s License required.
