Escrow Processor Assistant
DescriptionThe Escrow Processor Assistant provides support to the Escrow Processor by assisting with customer service and administrative duties relating to escrow closings Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Escrow Processor with the following as assigned: • Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate staff and customers • Entry of all collected data into the closing system • Collect and document the necessary date on the processing sheet • Schedule closing and maintain closing calendar for Escrow Officer • Communication with client/customers on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process • Perform other duties as assigned • Over time hours may be required, when work volume is high Skill/Experience/Education • High school diploma or equivalent • College degree or equivalent work experience a plus • Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations • Knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents, and real property law a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organization skills • Professional customer service skills • Ability to productively interact with peers, customers, vendors and management • Proficient with use of computer and ability to learn new software programs. Skill/Experience/EducationPunctual and Organized. Well versed and professional for high income customers Efficient on computer based programs. I.G. Excel, Word. Diligent worker Quick leaner to understand our operations programs to assist in opening orders and ordering demands, etc. Desire to grow into a career and full time posiiton
