Since launching, Hijas de Puka has grown from a family-run passion project into an emerging jewelry brand carried by retailers such as Shopbop, Veronica Beard, and Marissa Collections. Role DescriptionThe Operations & Brand Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid position supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of Hijas de Puka. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, hands-on, and excited to work with a growing jewelry brand where every day may look different.This person will support different areas of the business, including operations, wholesale, customer service, events, marketing, and brand coordination.Responsibilities may include:Supporting day-to-day brand operationsCoordinating wholesale accounts and wholesale ordersOrganizing inventory, samples, and product materialsPacking and fulfilling online ordersSupporting customer service and order-related communicationAssisting with photoshoots, events, pop-ups, and contentHelping with creative, operational, and organizational tasks as the brand growsQualificationsMust be based in MiamiHybrid flexibility, with the ability to come into the office, events, and pop-ups as neededSpanish preferred, or at least conversational understandingStrong organization and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexible, proactive, and detail-orientedPositive attitude and willingness to be hands-onInterest or experience in fashion, jewelry, retail, wholesale, content, events, or operations is a plus
