Good-to-HaveStrong background in power system including power transmission, distributionExpertise in industrial communication protocols/ standards likeIEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, OPC, CIM etc.Comprehensive knowledge of recent trends in SCADA/DMS/EMS including but not limited to Smart Grid, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Cyber Security, IT-OT integration etc.Knowledge in different kinds of Database, control center hardware, networking equipment, RTU etc.Good understanding of Power Protection Systems. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):Work with customers to gather and develop testing requirementsHelp translate a wide variety of client needs/requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet project s requirementsManage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the testing activities from initial planning through completion of projectProactively communicate testing status and other key aspects on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur.Manage all interfaces and communication between client and Project Team and business stakeholders.Ensure clarity of expectations for testing deliverables from all project participants whilst identifying potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impactPrompt defect management and co-ordination with stakeholders including product vendors 2 Demonstrated success as a self-starterAbility to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills using a methodical approachAbility to create consensus among different stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
